Dr David Teng is a senior consultant with the Emergency Department, Tan Tock Seng Hospital. He holds the appointment of Commander, Disaster Site Medical Command, Ministry of Health, Singapore. Internationally, Dr Teng also works with the International Federation for Emergency Medicine (IFEM) Disaster Special Interest Group to increase awareness of principles of disaster medicine and to encourage collaboration between various countries in this area. Dr Teng is a passionate educator and holds the appointment of Vice-Chair of the IFEM Education Practice Group.
