COSEM (the co-operative of the Singapore Civil Defence Force) is privileged to organise this mega conference and exhibition on disaster and emergency management. Over 400 conference delegates, some 250 exhibitors and thousands of trade visitors are expected to attend the three-day event between 19 and 21 November 2025 at the Singapore Expo.

COSEM specialises in the provision of services, consultancy and training in emergency preparedness, response and recovery. Our company is synonymous with the best-in-class services and expertise that is trusted and well regarded globally. COSEM’s business footprint spans from Europe to the Middle East as well as across most of the Asia-Pacific. We understand inside out the domain of disaster and emergency management. This year, COSEM is also celebrating 20 years of business excellence.

SIDEX 2025 will feature an engaging conference with a poignant theme of “Ready Today, Resilient Tomorrow” and a dedicated focus on three sub-themes – (1) Civil Protection & Safety, (2) Emergency Preparedness & Response, and (3) Disaster Management & Humanitarian Response. An impressive line-up of international keynote and session speakers is expected and the list of speakers will be updated on our event website at sidex.sg. The sharing and discussions are expected to be thought provoking, enlightening and, importantly, actionable.

We are immensely grateful to all our government, knowledge, specialist and supporting partners for their unflinching support to SIDEX 2025.
